Preloved is our word for a used caravan we are happy to stand behind. It has been checked over, what needed doing has been done, and anything we could not put right is in the description rather than a surprise on delivery day. Most of our stock is preloved, and it changes weekly.

What does preloved actually mean?

Previously owned. It has been used, we have inspected it, put right what needed it, and anything we could not put right is in the description rather than a surprise on delivery day.

Are preloved caravans checked before sale?

Every caravan is inspected before it goes on the website, with any known issues disclosed. Warranty options are available on much of our preloved stock — ask before you commit and we will tell you exactly what would be covered.

Can I view a preloved caravan before I buy it?

Yes — by appointment at our Somerset site. Ring 0333 577 0020 to book; we will put the heating on and you can take as long as you like.

Is a preloved static caravan warm enough to live in?

A double-glazed, centrally heated caravan with a winter pack is comfortable all year round. An older holiday-spec unit without those things will be cold from about November — ask us which of the two you are looking at and we will be straight with you.
